Eurotunnel between England and France

eurotunnel train

Ashford Bed and Breakfast is a convenient place to stay if you are travelling on Eurotunnel.

The tunnel is 14 miles away on the M20 motorway, junction 11a, and it takes about 10 minutes to get there.

It has up to 3 trains per hour at peak times with a crossing time of only 35 minutes.

One of the advantages of travelling on the train is that you aren't dependent on the weather. Even when the ferries can't run because of bad weather, the train is not affected.

What Can You Expect?

It is best to book your ticket before you travel, keep an eye open for special offers, they often have them and you can make quite a big saving on standard prices.

You will need to check in 30 minutes before your train is due to leave and you will need your reference number and the bank card that you booked with. If you want to shop for duty free then you will need to allow more time.

You can get out of your car when you are in the train and there are toilet facilities if required.
